When 85°C Bakery Cafe refreshed their signature cake designs, I welcomed the opportunity to reshoot this collection. We took the chance to lean into a bright, airy look that feels contemporary and fresh. It was a joy to refine the visuals to ensure the new decorations were showcased with the clarity and care they deserve.

As part of the project scope, I captured the menu photography using soft, even studio lighting. My goal was to highlight the delicate textures and intricate details of each cake, ensuring they look as delicious on screen as they do in person. Each image was carefully refined through post-production to create a consistent, high-quality presentation that aligns with the brand’s inviting aesthetic.

Product Tags
These shots were captured specifically for the in-store tags seen at all 85°C Bakery locations. By using a white background and precise focus, I was able to highlight the cakes’ new decorations without distraction. The final images were meticulously cleaned and prepared for print on durable, laminated stock, creating a sharp and organized look for the bakery’s shelves.
